Bianca is a driven and passionate Store Manager at Daniel’s Donuts, bringing energy, warmth, and a love for customer connection to every shift. With 16 months under her belt, she’s already made a big impact. For Bianca, the best part of the job is the people: familiar faces, regulars, and centre staff who make every day feel rewarding.
Can you tell us a little more about your journey and how you joined the team?
"I joined Daniel’s Donuts for the opportunity to grow—and it’s delivered. I’ve had the chance to step into area manager roles and help set up new stores. Seeing regulars come back and knowing we’re doing something right is the best kind of validation."
What do you love to do when you're not at work?
"If I’m not at work, I’m studying psychology. It’s something I’m really passionate about and hope to pursue further."
What products or services does Daniel’s Donuts offer that are unique, and what are you loving right now?
"We’re constantly evolving and offering more to our customers. From donuts to pies and sausage rolls, we’ve got something for everyone. Right now, our sausage rolls are a hit—especially with tradies grabbing them for breakfast or lunch, paired with a Red Bull and a double shot of coffee!"
What’s your go-to donut and what are customers loving?
"My personal favourite is the Boston Custard—smooth chocolate glaze on top with a luscious custard filling. It’s indulgent and delicious!"
What do you love most about your job?
"The foot traffic, the customers, and the visits from centre staff. We’re creating something fantastic here, and it’s exciting to be part of it."
Funniest customer moment?
"A customer once asked if they could have just the mince out of the pie. We told them, ‘There’s cutlery out front—you can DIY your pie!’"
Do you have a favourite time of year in the centre?
"Definitely Christmas. The vibe, the festivity, the chaos—it’s all part of the magic."
