Can you tell us a little about your journey and how Michael’s Phones began?

“I first started in the phone repair business back in Jordan in 2016. I’ve been running Michael’s Phones here at Campbellfield since 2021, and it’s been amazing to grow the business and help the local community.”

What’s popular in-store right now?

“Our phone repairs are always in demand—especially Apple and iPad repairs. We also sell refurbished and second-hand phones, which are a great option for people looking for quality tech at a more affordable price.”

What makes Michael’s Phones unique?

“We offer fast repairs—usually within 15 minutes—so customers can drop off their phone, grab a coffee or do some shopping, and come back to a fixed device. We also offer a 3-month warranty on repairs, as long as there’s no physical damage. We always try to help as much as we can.”

“I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing basketball in the summer, and cooking traditional Middle Eastern food".

What’s something people might not know about you?

“I studied petroleum engineering for a year, and I’ve also been living in Australia for five years. I’m planning to head back home soon, but for now, I’m enjoying every moment here.”

“Everyone is really friendly, and we love chatting with our regulars. It’s usually busiest after school and after 5pm, but it’s always a great place to be.”
